This very special whole bean coffee bean comes from the volcanic region of Mount Agung in the Kintamani highlands on the island of Bali, Indonesia; it is also Roasted To Order!
Certification/Grading: Organic; no pesticides on this farm to get into the whole bean coffee.
Roast Level: 7; just dark enough whole bean roast to bring out the sweet and reduce bitterness.
Tasting Profile: Dark chocolate, molasses, brown sugar

The system of irrigation used to water these whole bean coffee plants was designed more than 1,000 years ago. These cherished coffee beans do actually have a blue color before they are roasted.
